What we collect

Contact form: your email address, your message and, if you give it, your name.

Careers application: your name, email address, phone number, CV and anything else you choose to include, such as your experience or a cover note.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this website does not currently use analytics. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your enquiry to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

Who can see it

Your message or application is stored in our database, which only authorised BUGDEV staff can open, and a notification is emailed to our team. We use service providers to host the website and database, store files and deliver email. They act on our instructions. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and applications only for as long as we need them for the purposes above. We will delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict or stop how we use it. To make a request, email sales@bugdev.co.uk. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
